Pastor Rose is no stranger to ministry. She is a profound speaker and communicator to both men and women alike.

The daughter of a minister she was raised to know and fear God. Although she was raised in a traditional Pentecostal home and taught the uncompromising Word of God, her ministry methods are far from traditional.

As a third-generation pastor she is an effective communicator often using hilarious analogies and well thought out applications to drive her point home.

She has answered her call to challenge women to find their purpose in life by teaching them to allow God to direct their lives so they can fulfill their purpose.

Pastor Rose has the ability to connect with her audience through heartfelt stories and references sprinkled with humor, ( a little sugar always helps the medicine go down.) She uses her own life experiences all while applying the ever powerful and effective Word of God.

She has served alongside her husband as co-pastor of Equip Church for 22 years, and has served in many other areas of ministry for 35 years.

She has been married for 34 years to Maurice Chavez and is a mother of two daughters, Jasmyn and Jadyn. She also is a grandmother to her only grand daughter named Chloe who is now a teenager.

She is a spiritual mother to many, and is affectionately known as “Momma Rose” because of the way she spiritually mothers and mentors those whom God places in her ministry path.

Her passion is women’s ministry and young adults.

She has a burden to reach and train up this next generation to know God and make Him known. To be deeply rooted and tethered to the heart of the Father that nothing will be able to pull them away. And a burden to see God’s daughters be all He has called them to be and pass the baton to the next generation.

Her heart is to see God’s kingdom united, thriving and fulfilling the great commission.

Her use of humor and real transparency has led to healing and deliverance for many. An ordained minister, Sally is the founder and director of Establishing Word Ministries and Compass University leadership training program.

She also planted and formerly co-pastored a church with her husband in Vail, AZ and has been in ministry for over 45 years. Married for 50+ years, they have 3 sons and 3 daughters-in-love who have blessed them with 9 amazing grandchildren. They currently reside in Mesa, AZ.

Kim Bingle is a successful wife, mother, and ordained minister of the gospel with numerous credits on her resume’. She married her husband Lonny in 1984 and together they have four beautiful children and their spouses- Josh (Carly), Jonathan (Christina), Jason, and Krysta (Michael). She also loves being “Mimi” to her 9 grandchildren. As a wife and mother, Kim understands the demands of ministry and the necessity for balancing that workload with a godly and stable homelife. They are not mutually exclusive and work together in perfect harmony when approached with Biblical principles.

Kim’s heart for her family, friends, and global ministry really is the core for everything she does. Kim is committed to seeing people’s lives changed by the power of the Holy Ghost by being born again, spirit-filled, and trained to be effective disciples of the Lord. Whatever she is involved in, she gives it her full attention and is masterful at taking care of the details. Her ministry is a breath of fresh air in a world that desperately needs the humor, joy, passion, and sound doctrine that Kim presents.

Pastor Tiffany Bell is a powerful and dynamic speaker who has been changing lives with her story and compassion for over two decades. At the age of 22, pastor Tiffany had a radical conversion and encounter with Jesus Christ that would change her life forever! Since that time, she has committed her life to spreading the message of hope and God's transforming power around the world!

Pastor Tiffany was raised just outside of Charleston South Carolina. As a child, she saw the hand of God protect and keep her despite being raised in the home of a backslidden pastor turned drug dealer! Surrounded by drugs and abuse, she managed to build and receive strength from a God she had not known or met. Little did she know it then, but God had big plans for her.

In her early 20s Tiffany was invited to attend an Assembly of God church service. There, she decided to give God a try. With nothing to lose, she gained the world. That night, she told the Lord, “yes”. Since that night, her passion for souls has continued to grow.

Shortly after that fate-filled night at the Assembly of God Church, Pastor Tiffany Bell began an intense discipleship training. Within a couple of months, God was already opening doors for her to begin to mentor others. She began teaching addiction recovery classes using the Teen Challenge curriculum. Faithful to the call, she would soon become actively involved as a youth pastor. A few years later, God opened up an opportunity to plant a church where she would be co-pastor. Through community outreach and discipleship she was able to see a church plant grow from nothing to over 60 strong before God launched her into her next season.

Today, Pastor Tiffany Bell and her husband Apostle Dr. Howard Bell spearhead an international ministry called, “Yielded Life”. This ministry spans the globe through social media, television and live events. Together they spread the message of how Yielding to God, through the posture of love, will Awaken Identity, Activate Purpose and Ignite Destiny!
